Thank you for visiting my website and allowing me a few minutes of your time to briefly introduce myself.  I am a retired school principal from the Cleveland County School System, having served most of my career at Crest High School and Burns Middle School.  I’m a Cleveland County native from the Boiling Springs area where I still live and attend church.  After retiring from a rewarding career in education, I decided I wanted to continue in a “helping profession” by offering my services to people who were looking for their “dream home”, selling property or investing in real estate.

My goal is to build a business on what I call the 3R’s of real estate; Respect, Responsibility and Resourcefulness.  I pledge to Respect my clients and customers needs by keeping their “best interest” as the focus of my business.  I'm determined to earn Respect as a professional by Responsibly performing my duties as a REALTOR®, using the utmost care, honesty and diligence in all my handlings of real estate transactions.  I will be Resourceful in marketing your property appropriately through a variety of media that will bring the most buyer attention.  If buying property, I will use available Resources in locating property that will meet your needs and goals at the price you can afford.  At the end of the day, what will matter most to me is whether or not I have a happy and satisfied client/customer that can say with confidence that they have been well served by a professional REALTOR®.
